kinda POED!!!
Went for my service a couple of days ago and had to pay $15 for the loaner car, dealership says it's their new policy for everyone. they also plan on getting rid of their fleet of mercedes loaners for hondas. part of the reason i bought a mercedes was because of their loaner service of mercedes vehicles.

you don't list your location, but that's too bad. my dealer does that, they're not my dealer anymore. they better keep their fleet of ML's and C's in service...

My local dealer only loans to you if you bought the car there. Even then, it is doubtful you'll get one unless you make an appointment two weeks in advance.

hmmm
As much as I want a loaner MB when my car is in I also have to face the fact that the dealer has to pay for those cars somehow. That somehow is in raising the selling prices of their cars or parts thereby in effect we pay for it. I would rather have their selling prices lower and get a special deal on rentals, who would be eager for the guaranteed business from the dealership. Plus its good to drive a different brand of car while yours is in the shop. It just makes you appreciate your MB that much more!
