Rear hatch stuck

My rear hatch, which is powered, is stuck and can not be opened manually nor automatically. Anyone else experience this?

Luckily, my ML had a previously scheduled appointment today so it is in the shop now. They haven't been able to fix it either.

i had some trouble with mine, it would not close automatically, they replaced the harness and locking mechanism, they had it for 3 days.....
