I just purchased my ML500 used from my local MB dealer and think I should have the satelite option because of all the other options I have. But when I select the SAT it says "no satelite radio"

You have to sign up for it. First six months is free, if you sign up when you take delivery.

Question

Got a hold of the dealer this morning and the packages changed from 06 to 07 in 07 the Sirius came with the P1 package in 06 it didn't. Does anyone know if it can be added to an already delivered car? Do they have to swap out the command center?

Do not believe it came in any package in 06. Believe it was a stand alone option. From what I have been told its not retrofittable. If you want one you will have to go with an aftermarket unit and aftermarket antenna.
