Do i need to change bumper if i change exhaust?

i like a ML63 quad exhaust and i am thinking to change, but i found out it will have enough space from rear bumper.
Do i need to change the rear bumper as well?

I recently have been looking into doing this mod as well. Essentially it'll come down to how much you want to spend. A good body shop should be able to cut the bumper and widen the gaps without you having to buy a new bumper. I personally don't know how a quad exhaust will look on the stock / non-AMG bumper, but i'm sure it'll be a nice change!

From the local car community that I know here (in D.C.), there's a separate shop that I want to do the bodywork and another shop to do the exhausts (since the first doesn't do exhausts), and it's getting to be a big pain to coordinate between the two of them... lol.

It can be done. A simple trim of the bumper is all that needs to be done. Anyone with a brain and some skills with an air saw can do it!
