Thanks all. It sounds pretty minimal. I did hear, however,that they were doing away with the multi-contour seats. I don't know how they feel so I am not sure if that is much of a big deal...

I think the main difference is that they have a few more standard issues like Satelite radio and the price went up slightly but it's basically the same as the redesigned 06 and 07 but your getting a little more included with standard package. Good Luck

What was stated above, but in addition....
I believe the 2008's come standard with 19" wheels.
And from as far as I can tell, no more black grilles. They all seem to be that brushed aluminum/chrome.

What makes me sad is I paid a TON of money for the AMG package on our '07 ML320CDI only to have it look like all the ML550's coming out in '08.

they spent $90k + on their cars hoping to look different... now they are going to look like a dime a dozen minus the flares, 20" rims , and quad amg exhaust.
....and he's got a rare ML320 CDI...not many have the AMG pkg. and now you can't get it on any V6 so yea
