Sounds like total 
Exterior colour is not silver (as stated in the add) and the car in the pictures is a ML63. For 20K you can buy a Toyota Corolla, not a ML

it surely sounds fishy.
forum-buddies from the "other" benz-forum had encounter very similar listing from the same source: recycle.
