Centercaps
I got the centercaps off ebay. Standard MB size popped right in no problem, so you could use the center caps from your OEM wheels as well.

I really can't notice the rims sticking further out from the wheel wells. Maybe no spacer is required with the flares.

Here's a reaview. Not so up close. The wheels really don't stick out in the rear. In the front ever so slightly it would be difficult to tell from a picture unless I take a shot from above in line with the fender wall.

Your pics have convinced me...
That you really don't need any spacers. Especially so if you have the flares.
