2006 ml500
looking at a 2006 ml500 with 18k miles on it. owned by lady. no real options. what would a good price? black, black. supposed to have leather seats with power trunk. car was tagged 2 years ago, early delivered unit.
was sirius radio a add on?

thanks for the reply. was navigation and sirius radio capable a stock item with the ml500 in 06? are the package options offered in 2008 basically the same as they were in 2006? thanks again.

The package's are similar to ones available right now but not the same. One difference is that the Premium 2 pkg now includes bi-xenons which was previously an acessory option...can't find the official MBUSA option list but here's one from KBB for a 2007 ML500, which is packaged the same way as 06's

I've got an 05 ML550 "Special Edition" that came with the premium sound system, Nav, and CD changer. IIRC, sirius was not included. This was a pretty fully loaded vehicle, including: Leather, Memory, Moonroof, power folding mirrors, fancy big wheels, etc. I think most of the stuff was part of the S.E. package. This is my wife's car, so I'm not sure what other goodies were part of the package.
BTW, I'm planning to trade it in before year end on a ML550, if anyone in MD might be interested in a good deal. 44,000 miles, Silver over Gray Leather.

First off the guys that answered with comparisons to anything earlier than an 06 should be ignored as 05's and below are W163's, yesterdays news, no longer a current model and totally different values and packaging.
To answer your direct questions, As I recall from when I ordered my 06 ML500 the packages were differnt from what they currently offer. Believe there was only one "premium " package. The sat radio and the nav were both options and I recall that the nav was a part of the premium package. Mine has everything except parktronic, sat radio and Ipod, and had an MSRP of 62000 with the MB phone. By the way I was just offered 51500 on a trade for a new S Class that was discounted by 5% before the trade value. Don't think I will get rid of it yet, Perhaps in the fall of next year.

Sorry, no deal at this time. I am not the kind of guy who will jump just because the price is right. It has to be the the correct time in my mind to do so. The deal is not my motivating factor and if it is not a similar deal when I am ready so be it I will just pay more. Money is the least of my problems.

hi steve, sorry for the late reply. i think we are a bit far from you. we are in california in san francisco. the color is light bue and has the grey interior.
it has the power liftgate.
