where are the leather inserts in mbtex?

where are the leather inserts in mbtex?
how do i clean/maintain my macadamia mbtex? it easily stains with blue jeans.
where are the leather inserts? are these the vertical ribbed portions?
all my previous mbs had full leather, all i do is apply leather conditioner on them, how shall i maintain mbtex with leather inserts?
my upper dash is also beginning to show vague white stains, as if soap is applied and left to dry on the dash, how can i fix this? would mb interior care do the trick?

I don't think there are any leather inserts in a MB Tex interior.
We have MB Tex and we have cleaner a few spots and smudges with Meguiar's leather cleaner, it works fine on MB Tex even though it says it's for leather.

My macadamia MB tex also picks up the blue also, even after only one day, It comes off very easy, but I thought it was from the brand of Jeans my wife wears, I was going to tell her that it was from the brand, and instead of buying the (very expensive) brand, she should try one of the other ones

Any cleaner safe for leather or vinly will work or you can use good old mild soap and water. MBTEX is vinyl. I also am unaware of any leather inserts in an MBTEX interior. Have no idea about the dash spots.

I have the leather inserts on my ML.
Although it is dificult to tell the two surfaces apart,
The leather is located at the ribbed section, in the center of the seat and back.

MB Tex with leather front seating inserts actually refers to the leather package and not the standard seats. Its not full leather just inserts, the rest is MB Tex. I could be wrong, but I think only the S, CL, and AMG cars have the full leather interiors.
