Any Problems with 2008 ML350

2002 BMW 320, 2008 ML350
Any Problems with 2008 ML350
Our ML is a week old, the tail gate is not even with the roof, the electronics (navigation, audio, bluetooth) are all buggered. Anyone else having issues with their new Mercedes?

xy, sorry to hear you are having trouble with your new ML. I suggest you don't wait another day and take it back to the dealer (salesl dept. not service) right away and ask for another car. A week is certainly still a reasonable period of time, especially if you have panels not aligning. If that doesn't work, call MBUSA.

Thanks for the reply. We brought it back on days 7 and on day left it with them to bring up to standard. For we weekend we get to drive a B-Class that shakes when you put your foot down yet has only 600km on it. Ours is MB Canada. We wish we could have bought new from MBUSA.
If they don't have it at 100% we will try to give it back and go get an x5

Sorry to hear about your grief.I think your dealer let you down in the PDI and it should have never left the showroom. I remember when I picked up my new one a few months ago, we spent over 2 hours going through and checking things like fit and finish inside and out before i signed off on it. I was completely satisfied when i drove it home and to date haven't had one even minor complaint. Mine was ordered last Sept and i took delivery in Jan

I got mine from USA. So, I don't think it will make a difference. Problems are problems. BMW has problems too. I should have checked Consumer Reports for reliability and believe me MerSH_Tty is not on the top! I will most likely go back to more reliable Jap car like Honda or Toyota (or higher model Acura or Lexus). Good luck.
