Toying with idea of Selling my ML 320 CDI

I'm toying with the idea of selling my '08 ML 320 CDI. Great SUV, but thinking of getting a convertible and wondering what I should ask should I decide to sell. The truck is loaded (Premium II, ipod, trailer hitch, 6-disk, Heated seats) with all but rear DVD entertainment and has around 13,000 miles on it.

Would $48K be reasonable??? Comments please. Thanks.

I'm getting the feeling anything diesel is going to be a tough sell since we're seeing ridiculous diesel prices right now.

On another forum there's an MBUSA dealer sales rep who says they can't keep a used CDI on the lot. They are almost always snapped up by professionals who export them to countries where the diesel is more highly valued than in the USA. I doubt if he'll have a problem.
