At those figures with an average equipped car it would pay to lease a brand new one.

1500 miles and numerous months is not new. maybe close to new but its not new. Will your leasing Co let you off the hook? You may still be responsible for the payments. Looks like you had a change of circumstances requiring you to shed this ML so fast. Its much more difficult to find a person to take over the lease than to sell the vehicle outright. Have you considered buying out the lease then reselling?? There is also a web site that provides services similar to what you want. Perhaps someone else can direct you to it.

Hey BMW, try www.leaseswap.com, its a website where people list their leased cars for assumption.

Another idea is to sell it. Call your leasing company and get your payoff. Substract your state's sales tax from it. That is how much the payoff would be if a dealer were to buy your car (they don't pay sales tax). Average auction price for your car (in excellent condition) is about $44,000 which is what you can expect to get from a dealer like CarMax. If you're not too upside down (and can take the hit), it might be a good idea to sell it out right.

Good luck!

Problem is with the current e lease you can lease a new one for that figure, not that your car is old but but most people at this price poinf would prefer new. I would offer an incentive to get the payment around 500 and it should go fast.

There is a 1000 lease cash right now from Mercedes financial on the ml 350. You can do a brand new one with about 1500 out of pocket for 560 per month same terms as yours. If you want to get out you will have to offer an incentive. Just my humble opinion.
