Buying an 08 ML350
I am in the market for an 08 ML350. The dealership is asking $52,500 and the lowest they will go is $49,000. Mercedes is offering a $4,000 rebate so I could get the ML350 for around $45,000.
Considering the 09's are already on the lot, I figured they would deal a bit more.
Any input on the price would be appreciated.
Thanks-
.....I live in Ohio btw

That actually sounds about right. Usual year end clearance discounts range between 12% to 15% providing the next years model is not a radical change from the current years. Then the discounts get a bit higher.

Crown is the dealer I am negotiating with. I might try that tactic, but the ML's seem to be selling like crazy here in Columbus. I am actually amazed that they are selling so well, considering gas prices.

2006 ML500
I can tell you locally here in South FL, the way to go is an 06ML.....they have dropped to the low 30's (for the ML500) with mileage averaging around 20k miles. For very little wear and tear, you could save 20,000 for a vehicle with the current body style. Just a thought!
