Chiptuned ML320CDI
Car feels much quicker now, I would say it is in Cayenne S territory.Check it out by yourself.

This is my stock car 0-160KPH (0-102MPH):

My car after ECU retune by AMG:

And finally 60-220KPH - going slightly uphill:

I think difference is quite visible!
do u have a link on where to get it done by amg?
I was actually like this
, but they said it's really possible.
Maybe you can try to send an e-mail to your local AMG dealership...perhaps?

The vendor, Paramount Tuning U.K., said that the chip remaps the engine output for perhaps a tiny increase in HP but a much larger output in torque. This allows for downshifts to occur less frequently, and less fuel needing to be used to get the car up to speed and up hills. Check out their website here if you are curious.
I was averaging 27MPG (US) in my ML prior to the chip, and now it's right at 30MPG. That's with about 85% highway and 15% city traffic. I normally travel 2-5MPH over the speed limit, accelerate gently, and coast to a stop if it's obvious the light 1000 feet in front of you is going to be red when you get there (duh). If you can believe I can go almost 800 miles on a single tank of diesel! This vehicle is amazing.
The chip cost me right around $600 so it should pay for itself in about 18 months.
Also see my graph of the history of fuel consumption for my truck. It's clear to see where I installed the chip. Also notice there was a break-in period when I first purchased the vehicle.
