I have my ML about 10 months. Drove her locally until recently. On highways she rides great,she handles the curves like a sportscar. Driving about 70-75 mph, she thinks shes a car, with good mpg of about 21. The brakes are top-notch, once you get the hang of them. I owned MY02 ML 320, which I traded in. The ML350 is a much better truck, imo, that you cant even compare the two.

 

not sure about it being a "sports car" but I know what you mean...I have a 98 and 08 ML and they're two worlds apart in ride/comfort/handling/quality etc.

 

Having previously owned a 98 and an 02 ML500 I can say that my 06 is by far the best of the lot, it does ride similar to a sedan but its a real strech claiming its a sportscar. Its in reality a truck with a civilized ride at best.

 

Although it's not a sports car, especially in the twisties, it sure is a blast when pushed hard in a straight line.

this is true...but only for the 63's and somewhat for the 550's...350's eh not so much

 

Yes, I have drove many sports cars, & I actually own one. After every other post mentioned it, maybe your response should have been more original. Of course I could have said sedan, but I think the ML handles better than most sedans, hence, sports car, was added.
