How much did you pay for your ML350?

I am looking to buy a 2009 ML350. Can you guys shed some light on how much you paid for yours?
Local dealer (Houston)'s price is $52k and they can make it down to 45k. I think it's still on the high side given the current overall auto market.
What do you think?

Thanks!

That price has to be on a lease because there isn't any incentive on a purchase..

Then you got everything, 12% off plus the $2k lease cash...whichever dealer made that deal must have had one car to go before reaching their goal...it makes no sense whatsoever to make that deal, unless they really needed it to make their overall goal...congrats on your purchase.

You are correct. My car was the last car they needed to make their goal for December. The salesman told me right after I signed..

Is 12% = invoice+holdback+floor plan??? Is that their breakeven #?

I went to 3 dealers the past 2 days, first dealer - 2445 (4.4%) off, second - 3445 (6.3%), third - 4945 (9%) plus the $2k lease cash.

Not sure if it's 12% but from the local dealers I've shopped, the general range of $$ off MSRP were between 5k - 7k. Maybe it's regional...I'm in SoCal
