ML320 Bluetec Prices and Incentives
Hi, I was looking into getting the ML diesel for the good fuel economy (for its class) and great ride. We just went to go check it out and my whole family loves it. However, nowhere can I find any info on incentives or rebates being offered. Is it true none are being put into play at this time? What kind of price should I be paying for the ML for a cash purchase? Also, I would like to hear some purchase experiences and prices paid. I am brand new to Mercedes and just needed a little help. Thanks!

Good choice in car. As for incentives, the bluetec will get you a $1800 (or somewhere close) tax rebate, and you will also see 25 to 30 miles per gallon once your engine breaks in.
As a cash buyer, right now cash is king, so bargain away!!! Prices depend on packages. I opted for the air suspension, and several other bells and whistles and got mine under 60K in 07. I would think paying 55K now is a bargain for one fully loaded.
If I had to do it again, I would not get the leather, as the MB Tex is strong (kids/dog proof) and easier to maintain. If you get the bluetooth, make sure your phone syncs with it as the compatibility list is thin.
I think all of the bugs from 07 till now have been resolved, so you should be trouble free.
The only thing that comes to mind is the run flat tires and lack of a spare. Some complain that the ride is worse than the older style tires, and without a spare, replacement availability might be an issue until the aftermarket shops start to stock the tires. (They may already have. Check around)
Hope this helps...

2011 BMW X5d, 2011 Nissan Leaf and Kubota L39 Tractor!
I bought my 09 ML320BT back in January. ML stickered at $56425 and I paid $49.9K.
You can find many of the incentives on www.edmunds.com. As mentioned, there aren't any on the ML at the moment. The incentives change every month, so check back on edmunds in early June.
My ML320 has been trouble free for the past 6000 miles. I typically average 24mpg in mixed driving. I squeeze almost 600 miles out of a typical tank.
The 3.0 liter diesel engine is great. I would not consider any of the gas options.

I just picked up a new '08 ML320CDI for $39,980 - sticker was $50,320: heated seats, Premium I & M-B Tex. So you might look for one of those, don't know how many are available. It's a terrific vehicle! A vast improvement over the 163's, and with diesel now $.20 cheaper than premium and 33% better mileage...

The dealer was Bergstrom Enterprise Motorcars in Appleton, Wis., but I'm pretty sure that was the only '08 left. I know what you mean: even some of the used '08's I've seen were more than $40,000! I'd try Autotrader, see what's around the country. Good luck!
