Kleemann Power Upgrades for the ML320 CDI and BlueTec
Those of you with ML320 CDI and BlueTec diesels already know what amazing vehicles they are, with ample torque, incredible fuel economy, and Mercedes refinement to boot.
With Kleemann's available power upgrades, however, your diesel ML just got even sweeter!
Here is a breakdown of the two options for your CDI or BlueTec diesel:
Kleemann KD-Box:
-bolt-on/plug and play installation
-increases fuel pressure separately from ECU
-adds 30 hp and 80 lb-ft
The KD-Box installs inline with the OE fuel rail pressure sensor. It requires no modification of existing wiring, and is completely and easily removable if necessary.
We recommend this upgrade for most customers, due to the ease of installation/removal, and hp/tq for the buck.
But if you want the next level of power, and your top speed limiter removed, Kleemann does offer this:
Kleemann ECU Re-programming:
-must be removed and sent off for reflash
-removes top speed limiter
-adds 40 hp and 100 lb-ft
ECU Reflash Procedure (US Customers)- after the order is placed with us, we will contact Kleemann and send you a pre-paid shipping label. Once you remove the ECU from the vehicle, package it carefully, and place the label on the box. Then just drop it off for shipment.
Once the reflash is completed, usually within 1 business day of receipt, Kleemann will ship it back to you with the new software.
If you are interested in either of these upgrades, feel free to PM or ask me any questions you may have on here.

I'm confused: you state in your post that this is for CDI and BlueTEC models, yet on your site it says it doesn't work for 2009/2010 BlueTEC models? Does this imply that it works on 320s but not 350s (which was just a nomenclature change)??
