I know this is a trivial question. I have a parking tag that hangs from the rear view mirror. The parking ***** at work require it to hang there. However, the mirror in the ML hangs from the roof instead of the windshield which doesn't allow you to see the tag from the outside. Anybody else have this issue and what have to done to deal with it? Any simple way of hanging something from the mirror like that?

Yea, generally that's what I just do with mine. But I've received 2 tickets for improper display. I've successfully challenged both, but it's still an annoying hassle.

 

This is not very difficult really... Just attach a little cord to the end of your tag so it hangs lower!

 

Same issue. I used a plastic pouch for conference ID with a shortened necklace to hang my tag just under the mirror. Problem solved.
