Removing rear bumper?

Hi guys need help removing the rear bumer off the ML350 2010? I actually need to remove the chrome step peice off the bumper but it seems as if the entire bumper needs to be removed. Any idea how it comes off?

Kind regards.

Can you share with us how you did it? I have been looking for procedures to remove the bumpers, since I want to install back up sensors on the ML.
