I have a strange problem, when fueling up the fuel will run out of the bottom of the ML, right side, just infront of the rear wheels. The leak only occurs while the fuel is actually going in, and stops when the fueling stops. Is there a clamp or hose that could have come undone? This isnt a small leak,

There are a few pieces to the filler assembly, get warranty to sort it out for you...seems odd though if it leaks that bad, it cant be sealing properly. Makes me wonder why it doesnt throw the CEL thinking that the gas cap is loose.
