Hello all, its been a while since I've posted because mainly all has been well. But now I've started noticing a shutter when coming to a stop from 2nd to 1st gear, another thing is that under a little heavy acceleration between 3000-4000 rpms the car won't shift but instead it'll just hang up there until it realizes that it's time to shift. The warranty just ended so the dealer is charging $110 for diagnostics, then whatever cost that come up in relation to repairs. Mercedes by far has the worst warranty period then they charge an arm and a leg for extended warranty. Depending on the cost of repair, it will decide whether I keep the ML or move onto something else. Sorry just venting.

What do you guys think? Has there been a recall for any of these two issues?
