Did I get a reasonably good price on my new

2011 ML350 2W
Premium 1 Package
Steel Grey Metallic Paint
Heated Front Seats
Back Seat Entertainment Pre-Wired

Purchased in So Calif - Price = $46,266.48

Based on the research I did at Edmunds, KBB and Consumer Reports, I think I did okay, but I'm wondering what the MBWorld thinks.

I think that's great deal. MSRP on my ML with Premium 2, trailer hitch, chrome package, and Keyless-Go was $59K but we got it down to $52K.
