Unhappy catalyst sensor need replacement ? ML350

hi guys, my ML350 is at MB dealer for engine & transmission oil change, and i just been informed that all of the catalyst sensor need to be replaced as it's shown as not working properly when they check using stardiagnost...this can result to high fuel consumption.
they said there are 2 (left and right) catalyst sensor at the front engine bay, and another 2 after the manifold.... and the cost is almost $2k .....

need some advice whether those catalyst sensor is really that pricey, or i can get them from ebay or somewhere (new) ?

thanks

Do u mean O2 sensors?, if so, they are available online for about 100 bucks each and take 10 mins each to install.

Mymercedesparts.com has your part number for $200 each. It says that its the pre-converter sensors.

and I think Bosch #17016 on amazon.com are $106 each and are for the front of the car... (its the oem one too per autohausaz.com)

So I think they are the one and the same...

I'd say get the two from Amazon and head to the nearest muffler shop for install.

The rear post-cat sensors.. double check what the model number is.. from the diagrams I see on mymercedesparts... they left is different from the right (and the right is cheaper at $98 vs $152 for the left.).

@b-tsai ... thanks for the referrence.

searched the amazon and found 'power pro' brand ... i thought it should be OEM by bosch, right? is it safe to take 'power pro' brand?
btw, my ML350 is RHD, would the cable setting be different with LHD or as long as it has the same part numbers, then it's ok?

i was also informed the starting motor is already weak .. at 31k miles ... trying to search part# 0061510501 and turns out the price is $500 ... woow ... pricey...

Best to use www.autohausaz.com and www.mymercedesparts.com to reference your part numbers to be certain.
