Why didn't you transfer the TPMS sensors to the new rims?

Sorry .. Im a bit confuse...

Already Removing 1 of the tire from original wheel at tyre service but could not find any sensor on the inside part of wheel (this part is covered by tire when the tire is installed).

Checking on the valve stem, it is just regular valve stem. Can I get a picture what to look on the original wheel, pls. How is the TPMS valve stem different compared to on TPMS?

You dont say what year ML. There are 2 types of the tire pressure system. One reads the individual pressure of each tire and that has the sensors in each valve stem. The other uses the vehicle sensors to measure the rotation of each tire and if a tire is low will give the warning you see but does not show each tire pressure. If yours in the latter it just needs to be reset after you check each tire for the correct pressure. This system also will not tell you which tire is low. Read your manual and reset the system per the instructions in the manual.

Oops forgot that .. It is 2007 ML350.

I think mine has the 2nd version tpms coz it doesn't give the tire pressure of each tire. I did reset it and last night was still blinking as a flat tire warning.....aarrggh....

Changing from Original 17" to carlsson 19" and using tire size as per advise on manual book increases about 1" on overall diameter, this shouldnt be the caused, right?

You certain you reset it correctly? I recall from the 06 ML500 I had that it was a bit tricky to reset. However its possible that the increased diameter could have some effect but I am not sure as many guys have done what you have and I have seen not many problems like you have. Suggest going into a dealer and asking them to reset the system. Should only take a minute of their time.
