I'm not sure how MB specfically, but most anti-corrosion warranties cover "perforation" of the sheet metal, i.e. holes. Paint bubbles, surface rust, etc won't be covered. But, take it to a dealer and see what they say.

Don't expect much after the factory warranty runs out in this area. Especially with your mileage.
