Urgent - is it a good deal?
I am ready to buy a 2009 ML 350 4Matic. Specs are as follows. Prem package 1, HM Sound System, I-pod integration, HD radio with Sirius, NAV, rear view cam, trailer hitch, aluminum running boards, rear entertainment system, heated seats, leather
It has about 33K miles on it with 1 year left on warranty.
I have a deal at 33.5K. What do you think? New to MB so some guidance would be great.

IMO that's an average retail price, perhaps even a little high for a 350. If it had the P2 and lighting packages it would be a good deal. Compare your price with the same models on eBay and Carmax then decide. Good luck!

I just purchased for my wife a 40k mile 2009 Pewter ML350 with Premium 1, Sunroof, rearseat entertainment prewire, heated front seats, for $31,500 + shipping, tax, title, etc. She searched everywhere online and this was the best price she could find with so many options, etc. She found it online at a Volvo dealership in California. We had to have it delivered to Tennessee.
Given that yours also comes with a trailer hitch, running boards and rear entertainment installed, I believe yours is a good deal based on the research we did. Good luck!

Thanks. Considering that I have 2 factory bold screens in the rear, guard rails, trailer package...and 1 year warranty still left (or 7k) left, I think it is a reasonable deal compared to yours.
