A huge improvement both visually and handling-wise. The ride height comes down to a little lower than the standard Airmatic setting. And the handling feels really great IMO. A little firmer and more sporty, but not stiff or hard.

Great to hear! Can't wait to see the pics and read the info.

BTW, I've been doing some research and the parts list so far for the Airmatic retrofit is right around $3,000. That includes everything from shocks to air compressor to valve body to lines to wiring to Adaptive module to sensors to the actual bags and brackets.

This may be cheaper than I thought.

I have an R500 with failed front airmatics. If their is a swap capability, I will give you my compressor, rear struts, conttrols and new Arnott's for the rear if you supply the ones from your system if they are readily changable.

^^Different Chassis, R-class built on stretched E-Class chassis. Only things I can use would be the compressor and the pump.
