Has anyone experienced..............
rattles in the front door pads..................I had this looked at before, and the dealership said it was a tweeter wire that was making this noise....any thoughts ???

cant say that i have had that problem, i do however get a gridning noise, at slow speeds, where are you experiencing problems with the noises at? high or low speeds? have you had it repaired by a shop recently?

After I replaced speakers, I didn't hear noise anymore ...It could be wire, contact ..whatever ..it is only electrical part in door. When I put speakers, I put attention for every detail and it could be a solution ...
If you want quick solution - disconnect speaker, drive for a few days and see if any difference ...I think it could be quicker than replace speakers and get same problem ...If any problem with speakers, I would put money on tweeter ..
