My wife has a 2007 ML500 and needs a bluetooth dongle. I took the one out of my 2008 S550 which was the long silver one that lights up blue (I think it is B67875839 B6 787 5839) and it worked. I see on ebay ones (B67876131 ) that say it is the newest. Is there a difference in these?? which one works best??
