Got door dinged, wondering if anyone knows can chrome trim alone be replaced?

Got door dinged, wondering if anyone knows can chrome trim alone be replaced?
I came out to my car to see that someone door dinged me in a parking lot. So the other car door that did it put a noticable dent in the chrome trim down lower on the back passenger door along with another smaller dent slightly below on the panel.
Does anyone know if the chrome trim only can be replaced or is it really that I have no option but to order a part that has the chrome trim with an unpainted piece of molding? I'd prefer to not have to paint a piece of molding. So figured I'd verify if anyone new if there were other options.
I have a 2011 ML350 Bluetec.

Yes it can, here is a pic....Any good body shop should be able to order it and replace it. On your own, good luck.

I am trying to find a decent body shop to ask then. Dealer told me it comes with primer only and needed to be painted. I was okay paying for the full part even. My issue was the molding attached would need to be painted and then would not be as good as the rest of the door.
It looks like the strip was removed on your front door though.
