2008 ML350: oil leak

My wifes 2008 ML350 is leaking oil on the ground and when I get under it I can't pin point where it's comming from. It doesn't seem to be from the lower oil pan and SEEMS to come from above the AC compressor.

Is there any area on these engines that are prone to leaking? Perhaps it'll help me look?

My power steering fluid was leaking one week after the 39K service at the dealer. Waiting for the appointment to fix that ($$$$) they refill the reservoir with MB power steering fluid UP TO THE NECK.
When I got home, check and siphon out some fluid to the mark between Min (cold) and Max (Hot). After that, nomore leak ! Was that a dealer's trick ? I really don't know.

It's not PS fluid that's for sure.

I read somewhere that the M272 had issues with a rear cam plug that would leak. It's a simple fix so I have to check it out.

Put a big sheet of paper under the vehicle to pinpoint the drip. You can track it down from there. I had a similar drip on a past car. It was running from the actual leak, down a hose, and dripping 24 inches away on the ground.
