Navigation on a 2006 ML350

I got a 2006 ML350 and wanted to have the gps option on it however i see i dont have a navigation drive for it, is it somehow possible just buy the navigation drive or do i have to completely have to buy a new head unit?

You need only Navigation drive w/ GPS disc and a GPS splitter antenna.
I did mine (DIY) and cost less than $600. (ebay). (Approx . 1 hours labor or less if you studied the installation in advance)

Note: Mine is 08 R350.

I have looked but i can find any loose cable , does it come off the teleaid box?
