Another iPod aux question 2007 ml350
I just bought a 2007 ml350 and it does not have Bluetooth or iPod connector like my 2008 c350.
I've read a million threads on how to do it but I still don't understand.
I have the aux jack in the glove on the left side. I want to be able to control my iPod from the steering wheel and chargr like in my c350.
Is this possible? I see posts about aux cables and installs - A164 540 65 07.
But no one says if it works like an iPod connector in a new mbz.
Can I just get a cable that does aux to 30 pin connector and control it like that?

no one? is this something i can just hook up and have it work? i'd rather not take anything apart. there's got to be something i can just plug in isn't there?

your going to have to take the radio out to plug in that unit with the fiber optic cables. don't think you will be able to control your ipod through your steering wheel without taking apart your unit and installing something.
