2011 ML Bluetec Command APS/radio problem?

2011 ML Bluetec Command APS/radio problem?
Couple days ago, I was using my cell phone inside the house and it showed it was connected the the ML bluetooth. At the time the ML parked inside the garage and the key was not inside the car.
I went to the garage and found the command APS/radio was "ON". The only way to shut it off is to press the power buttom. I dont think it is normal.
Is it something that I can program to have it turn off when the ignition is off.

But if I open my door after I push the ignition button the radio/nav/BT shuts off immediately.
