2008 ml320 cdi fuel pump?
I had this problem as shown in the video but it stalled at a stop light I tried looking for fuel pumps online but couldn't find one. Heard diesels done have fuel pumps.
codes I got pulled are p0087 and u0423.
I have a 2008 ml320 cdi.

I'm not sure about the codes....But from the sound of it, I had a similar problem one 2 separate occasions.
First time, it was with my 06 e320 cdi. It was low on fuel and it was on an incline for an extended period of time. Did you try turning the ignition to the on and off position 5-10 times, but not starting it? In essence, you're priming it.
The second time it happened to me was with a brand new '08 ML. It had a lot of trouble starting when we were driving it home after we picked it up. MB took it back from me. But I was told, someone accidentally put a little gasoline in it, then topped it off with diesel. I'm not really sure if that was true though. Hope this helps....
