WOW the camshaft valve was the problem. Here in USA we have the same problem but bank A (passenger side) and the problem is the Balance Shaft according with mechanics. To fix it cost too much money. The engine has to be removed from the car to remove the balance shaft and remove the adjuster. About $2000 dollars job.
I will try to change the camshaft valve first to see if the light goes off. My car drives very well and I replaced the parts you indicated before but the light goes ON again.
In youtube there is a video about it. Many ML350 have had that problem here in USA. Lucky you that the problem was the camshaft exhausted control valve only. Julio

It's located under the valve cover. If you have no automotive experience, don't even think about it.

Car runs great for one year with this issue but bothering Check Engine Light. Anyone has clue what else could be the issue ?

Hello, I’m getting these codes on a 2007 s550. I just recently changed all four cam magnets adjuster and also replaced one oxygen sensor then these three codes started showing. So far, car drives normal but check engine light stays on. Please help. I can be reached on 443-621-7483 or please, explain in details what needs to be done to fix these codes. Thank you.

You have problems. First see if your model is included. If so, you fall into Scenario #1 which are damaged balance shafts.

It calls for the replacement of the LEFT Camshaft Exhaust Adjuster. If you do not have mechanical skills, don't even think about it.
