2008-ML350:P0019-Crankshaft Position-Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 2 Sensor B)
I am getting below code in my 2008 ML350
P0019 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 2 Sensor B)
Can anyone please help me what could be problem and how do I go about solving this problem.
Is this Crank Shaft Position Sensor bad ? on Bank 2 ?
If yes, what is the location of this sensor or my car ? It seems simple to change if I know the location of this sensor.
Thanks in Advance on any help or hint
***there are some videos on youtube as to replacing.
most likely it's the sensor. you can get them on Ebay much cheaper than from the dealer.

I looked at Youtube video for CPS center replacement but none of them matching with W164 engine.
I have attached top view of engine on driver side after removing engine cover and Air Hose. I would really appreciate if someone can give me hint on where CPS sensor could be on driver side.
Please please help

but i appreciate you keeping the thread up to date, it is nice when people posts the process and the solutions like you are
will be interested to hear what the mb mechanic finds is wrong
good luck, hope it is not expensive
Daughters 2007 ml350 has the code P0018. From what I see here it is one of the easier ones to replace - can someone point out a part # of what I need to buy to replace and fix this error code? I know its on the drivers side. And there is a pic posted here but it doesn't open and is too small to make out.
thanks in advance.

I will try to change the camshaft valve first to see if the light goes off. My car drives very well and I replaced the parts you indicated before but the light goes ON again.
In youtube there is a video about it. Many ML350 have had that problem here in USA. Lucky you that the problem was the camshaft exhausted control valve only. Julio
