AC PROBLEM WITH 2006 ML350
Sometimes the ac will cut out (compressor stops running), air is not cold for a few minutes to 15 minutes, then it starts blowing cold again. Sometimes just turning it off for a few minutes will do the trick but not always. Any ideas?

Many people have been complaining of the frequent issues on the 2006 ml but honestly I have had no issues with mine. I have owned mine for almost a year and all I've done is basic oil change. looking to sell it to upgrade to 2012.

I think you should replace the Cabin filter if you have not already, and then have the dealer check and see if the humidity sensor has been installed. Think there was a TSB back in 06 for these units icing up. Same as you describe

My 2008 320CDI (120kms) just started doing exactly that in the last week! I may eventually have to take it in to have it scanned if it keeps it up.
