mercedes ml w164 2006

Hi all new to this site just have a problem with my ml if anyone has had the same problem would like to hear what you have done to correct this problem have a vibration at low speed seems to come from middle to back of jeep any one had this problem haven't done a transmission fluid change since I got it two years ago will do this this week can this cause this problem also checked the front differential and there is a bit of play in the diff passenger side have a knock on that side hopping this is that cheers macer
