2000 ML320
Question Help Needed!!

I have a 2000 ML320 that I replaced a cv axle on, but now i have a clicking noise coming from the front drivers side of the vehicle only when i hit the gas and accelerate. I was told it was a bad axle and i replaced it twice. Looking for any suggestions on what the problem could possibly be.

Have a shop take a look at your bushings, specifically the control arm bushings. Is it always the same side, if so it could be an alignment issue, bend rim, tire (balance, bad..).

Check your brake pads. They are loose and not firmly set in the caliper.

Exact same thing happened to our odyssey. After two CB joint swaps it ended up being a loose brake pad that would touch the rotor and shift and bang against the caliper.
