iPhone and Bluetooth puck problems

2007 ML320
iPhone and Bluetooth puck problems
I recently bought a used ML320 that came equipped with the puck...I was able to sync my phone right up and see my contacts and make calls however the caller can't hear me but I hear them clearly.... So I went on line about the newest version of the puck and got the same problem anyone have this problem or the answer? 🤔

Yea it works in my Cadillac just fine i thought it was the mic in the car but I was able to use the sos and was heard perfectly fine.

Maybe a problem with the wiring harness??? Maybe check to make sure the contacts are clean where the puck plugs in.

Make sure the cabin microphone is turned on in the command system. It's in one of the phone screens.

That could be. I know my iPhone saves the settings based on the vehicle I'm in.

I meant the phone screen in your car not one on your phone.
Top left corner, it only shows up when the call is connected.
