Looking for explanation of C service. Local MB dealer won't give information without looking at vehicle. Purchased car from CarMax. They can't find info on C-service and MB dealer won't give any info to them either.
Tire sensor warning light on dash - another issue - CarMax said they can diagnose issue. If problem exists in all four tires & spare, cost could be $1300 to replace failed sensors. This seems extreme.
Anyone have any input regarding these items?

TPMS can be scanned for free at most major tire dealers. They will let you know condition. If you need to replace here is one company that carries Siemens:
