Engine Compatibility 164 ML350 w/ CLK350 Help!!!!

I have a 2006 ML350 timing jumped. I have access to a 2008 CLK350 engine with low miles for a great price. I can engine the block being different. I know the E class is compatible with the 164. Does anyone know the difference in the two. Thanks

The clk motor will fit perfectly you just have to swap the oil pans and the pick up tube
