Mixed different aspect ratio tires cause ESP problems

Just to share my mistake of installing two 275/45 tires in the front and two 275/40 in the back.
This has caused the ESP light to come on and the cruise control to malfunction.

The car is "tire aspect ratio" sensitive.

I chaged for 4 tires 275/45 and everything returns back to normal.

So do not mix tires with different sizes on Mercedes ML.

Mine has a "temporary" spare wheel, I wonder how it'd react to that?

I've heard of cars having issues when fitting a more worn tyre than the other on the same axle.
