Turn signal indicator

I've had both my rear turn signal indicators display on message board. They are not burned out & work normally intermittently. The left one has not faulted in a long time after cleaning the contacts & frame where it plugs in. The right however is being a real pain. I know they have replacement sockets & they also have wired harnesses you can put in. What is most recommended? Can I change all my bulbs to LED without any upgrades?

LED Lamps were not born until 2009 and are very expensive and have many problems.

Here is the fix to your problem, along with the part numbers at the end.
