Question Does my Ml 350 need to be reprogrammed

My car functioned normally. Until I got the battery replaced.

Now

-my rear wiper work fine but the front wiper do not work
-when I enter the car I have to manually turn on the radio and the interior lights. Which used to turn on by themselves
-at night while all the dashboard buttons function they do not illuminate.

i checked every fuse compartment and the fuses are in good health. These issues occurred only after my battery was replaced. Should I get the car reprogrammed? Thanks for reading I am new came to this forum just two days ago after I ran into issues with my car.

It all depends on how you removed the battery. If you left the key in the ignition while doing it, then you will have to scan for codes and delete them.
