Blutooth call starts then I cant hear person..
2011 ML350.
I place a call via bluetooth. I hear it ringing then a person answers and all of a sudden I cant hear the person but they can hear me. Using a samsung s8+
paired and re-paired multiple times.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

thanks for your reply. I tried that today and still having the same issue. I find it so strange because it starts to work where I can hear the person but then it just cuts out they can hear me but I can't hear them just very weird
