Problem with navigation upgrade 2010 ML350

I started to upgrade my Navigation to the latest version. Disk 1 completed fine, a message came up to insert disk 2, so I did and got a disk unreadable error. I tried it several times and the same error each time. I then tried a CD, which played fine. I put Disk 1 in again and it to now says unreadable, so I decide to cancel the upgrade. Unfortunately, when I hit OK, it doesn't cancel the upgrade. Turning the radio off or the car off doesn't help either as after booting command comes back to the same screen. Is there a way to abort the upgrade or reboot/reset the system. I'm hoping it doesn't commit the new data until it has it all, so my system won't become unusable. Thanks!

Disk 1 below refers the the disk location, not the navigation disk. It is Disk2 that is giving me this error.

Can't cancel by hitting OK or find a way to highlight Cancel and hit OK.
