2011 Mercedes Benz ML550
air intake manifold part
I recently had a P0106 error code on my 2011 ML550. So, I changed the hose, clean the MAP sensor, then re-connect the MAP sensor hose to the air intake manifold, but on the process I unknowingly pry off the plastic component (that's should not be removed) that is attached to the intake manifold and broke 2 of the 4 leg type that hold it inside the intake manifold. I went to local car parts store and couldn't help me where to buy the part. So, I went to Mercedes dealership and was told that the plastic part is sold together with the whole air intake manifold. I was thinking that if that parts can be accidentally pry off, then somebody should have a replacement parts for that. Any suggestion will be a great help.

Thank you, Maj. Dundee. I searched around and got 2 options. 1.) Go to a pick-your-part (junk yard), look and remove that plastic port seal from the air intake manifold, and 2.) Use a JB Weld to securely stick the plastic port seal to the air intake manifold. Thank you for your input. Do you happen to know where to buy the aftermarket plastic port seal?
